Yes, we are open and continue supply musicians with our high quality musical instruments. Thanks to our delivery services are still stable delivering orders to world.
As COVID-19 has spread, we have seen an increase of delivery delays. This has resulted in some of our delivery promises being longer than usual. We are sending your orders regularly, but in some cases delivery takes longer (up to 60 days) because of transit countries processing delays. Please be informed that we are not responsible for time of processing in transit countries.
I’m worried my item is contaminated because it is coming from an area that has COVID-19.
According to the World Health Organization:
“The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”

My country is unable to retrieve packages due to border closures. What can I do?
The first step would be contacting via our FB messenger, Phone or e-mail. You can work with our support to arrange for a re-shipment through an available carrier, reroute the package to an available location.
