Amazonia/Hemlig Festival – Harald Erici & Julie Bevan
Highlights from Harald Erici´s & Julie Bevan´s performance at Hemlig Festival, Öland, Sweden the 4th of August 2012. Aotearoa New Zealand guitarist Julie Bevan and Swedish pianist/percussionist Harald Erici perform their original compositions, inspired by the wildwoods in Brazil, New Zealand and Öland. Harald & Julie met in Rio de Janeiro in 2008 and share the passion for Brazilian Music. In 2010 they toured New Zealand together and start to work on a new project; Amazonia – Wildwood Stories. Besides the inspiration from the New Zealand, Brazilian and Swedish nature the duo also work with Brazilian poet Marcia Theophilos poems about Amazonia and its habitants. Footage by Göran Magnusson.
