What if your order delayed?
Do not panic! We are working hard to produce and send instruments in time. When we get order we carefully pack it and take to post office. In most cases it take about 1-3 working days.
Every shipped instrument have it’s tracking code. You can easily check it in your order page and track it online. The fastest way is to get details about our tracking progress is to visit: https://www.17track.net/en and entering your tracking code.
Normally our delivery takes about 2-4 weeks. If your delivery took longer please contact us and we will try to get more details.
